The Lost Revenue Audit

The audit asks about your business — your industry, roughly what a customer is worth, how many enquiries you get, how many calls you miss, how fast you reply, how you follow up and how many past contacts you have. At the last step it asks for your first name, a business email and a mobile number.

Your answers are used to calculate your score and your estimated leak, which happens entirely in your browser. Your name, email and mobile are sent to us so we can send you the result and follow up once about it. We use them for that. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

While you are filling the audit in, your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so a refresh or an interrupted phone call does not lose your progress. Your name, email and mobile are deliberately not saved there, because the device might not be yours alone. The saved answers are cleared as soon as you finish, and you can clear them at any time with “Start again” or by clearing your browser data.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is a GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) widget, embedded from our own subdomain. The address in your browser stays ours, but the booking itself is processed by GoHighLevel under their privacy policy, and we receive the details. If you would rather not use it, email or ring us directly — the same call, with no third party in between.

Measurement

There is currently no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind on this site. No cookie banner appears because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, nothing will load until you have been asked and have said yes.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request — your IP address, browser and the page asked for — to serve the page and to block abuse.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions and enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. After that they are deleted. If you become a client, the retention that applies is whatever is in your agreement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email contact@jrmstrategy.ie and we will action it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
